Our mooncakes are handmade, vegetarian and contain no preservatives/additives.

Each mooncake weighs around 63g.

Are the mooncakes vegetarian or vegan?

Our mooncakes are not made with lard but they do contain butter, milk, cream and eggs. Therefore they are vegetarian, NOT vegan. 

How long can the mooncakes be kept for?

Our mooncakes can be kept for three weeks in the freezer.

Why is the storage time so short? 

Our mooncakes are made with no preservatives or additives. We also do not use any plastic packaging for our mooncake products. Therefore, our mooncakes are more perishable than others. 

What is the best way to enjoy the mooncakes?

Our preference would be to take the mooncakes out of the freezer and reheat them at 170 degree preheated oven for 7 minutes (may vary with different ovens)

What is the minimum for delivery?

The minimum for delivery within Hong Kong Island is $1,500.

Where do I pick up the mooncakes?

Customers can pick up the mooncakes at our central kitchen.
