Are the mooncakes vegetarian or vegan?
Traditional mooncakes are made with lard. Our mooncakes are not made with lard but they do contain butter, milk, cream and eggs. Therefore they are vegetarian, NOT vegan.
How long can the mooncakes be kept for?
Our mooncakes can be kept for two weeks in the fridge.
Why is the storage time so short?
Our mooncakes are made with no preservatives or additives. We also do not use any plastic packaging for our mooncake products. Therefore, our mooncakes are more perishable than others.
What is the best way to enjoy the mooncakes?
It's really up to you!
Our preference would be to take the mooncakes out of the fridge and leave it till it's room temperature. Place it in a 170 degree preheated oven for 5 minutes.
Alternatively, you can reheat in the microwave for 15-30 seconds depending on the power of your microwave.
Customers also enjoy the mooncakes cold :)
What is the minimum for delivery?
The minimum for delivery within Hong Kong Island is $2,500.
Where do I pick up the mooncakes?
Customers can pick up the mooncakes at our central kitchen or our pop up.
