Our CNY products are handmade, vegetarian and contain no preservatives/additives.

CNY Cakes:

Turnip Cake (vegan): Turnip, Rice Flour, Wheat Starch, Mushroom Eringle, Mushroom Powder, Dried Mushroom, Enoki Mushroom, Golden Thread Mushroom, White Pepper, Sesame Oil, Spring Onion, Sesame, Salt.

CNY Cake (vegan): Glutinous Flour, Wheat Starch, Rock Sugar, Cane Sugar, Coconut Milk, Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Hakka Cake (vegan): Glutinous Flour, Rice Flour, Muy Choi, Preserved Olives, Dried Mushroom, Golden Thread Mushroom, Dried Shallots, Soy Sauce, Sugar, White Pepper, Sesame Oil, Salt.

Yes!

How long can the cakes be kept for?

Our CNY cakes can be kept for two weeks in the fridge.

Why is the storage time so short? 

Our CNY cakes are made with no preservatives or additives. We also do not use any plastic packaging for our products. Therefore, our cakes are more perishable than others. 

What is the best way to enjoy the CNY cakes?

We prefer to portion them into slices and pan sear them!

What is the minimum for delivery?

The minimum for delivery within Hong Kong Island is $950.

Where do I pick up the order?

Customers can pick up the CNY products at our central kitchen or pop up.
